There’s beauty in everything – you just have to look for it. That’s pretty much how I live life. I’m the optimist who sees the bright side of every situation. Not much bothers me, not even the extremely foul smell of decay at the Salton Sea. The air was so full of salt (and the smell of dead fish) that it literally hurt to breathe. However, there was a lot of beauty in all this decay.
You know how some shores are lined with sea shells? This one is lined with dead fish. The edge of the water is lined with dead fish. It was so gross… the colors are pretty though, aren’t they? :)
The salinity of the air there is so high that whole trailers have decayed in just a few years:
