Happy holidays all! I can’t believe 2009 is coming to an end already. What an awesome year it has been – from the wonderful people I have met to the awesome places I got to see. I have so much to be thankful for. This will be my last session post for 2009. I have so many more amazing shoots from the end of 2009 but there just aren’t enough days to blog them! Stay tuned in 2010! The last session I’m blogging for 2009 is of baby Adelyn. The Chang family lives in San Francisco, but met me in Monterey for this cute session. That first image just makes me giggle!
Isn’t she just so precious? And adorable? I would just stare at her all day! She’s like an Asian Gerber baby!
I love this next one too. I want a canvas wrap of it in my house.
(October 23, 2011) Disclaimer : The following photos were taken back in 2009. Since then, there have been many reports about Christmas lights having high lead content and should be kept away from children, even as decor. If you are pregnant or decorating with little ones around, consider purchasing lights that comply with Restriction of Hazardous Substancesst (ROHS) standard.
that expression is priceless!
Happy Holidays everyone! I wish you & your family much love & laughter!! Have a wonderful holiday and a fabulous new year! See you in 2010!

you’re overreacting.. everything electronic contains lead from the solder but it’s covered in plastic in this case.. and it’s not like the lead is radiating through the plastic.. I’m taking electrical engineering so this sounds really dumb to me.. you should be more worried about that stupid hat that the baby is wearing..
Beyond the electricity danger, all Christmas light cords contain lead. This is poisoning the child. Please don’t do this again. The pictures are GORGEOUS, but NOT worth the risk to the child.
I was wondering what setting you used to get the lights to glow but allow the baby in focus?
Maybe she used battery operated lights. You can buy them everywhere.
maybe it was a quick snap before stopping it from actually going in the babies mouth.
Why in the HELL do you have babies putting electrical lights in their mouths?! You have got to be the dumbest most inconsiderate person to indanger someone’s child like that!!!! I hope someone has turn you in for this. I can believe the parent let you! Good God people are so stupid.
I would be more worried about the baby putting a live electrical wire in their mouth than the lead content >.< SMH...
I don’t know what to say… They are breathtaking.
This baby session is so lovely! I hope you had a great holiday Caroline!
thanks for this – happy holidays :D

Or the risk of electrocution… You you should understand that risk…
Makes me angry and discombobulated
Yeah, I saw it after I commented. But people are still pinning the pics over and over. So many moms are getting the idea to do this and it’s sooo dangerous!
There is a disclaimer above but I think she should take these down
